Pre-Owned Vintage Jack Taylor Clubman Steel Frame & Forks 1946 with matching numbers *RARE*…this has a few scratches and marks, and had been refinished by Jack Taylor some years ago (see below) It has historic pits marks, but the frame is 72 years old and is free of rust, the paint and frame are in great condition for the year….Please study the pictures carefully…

The frame was sold by Hilary Stone in 2015, and supplied the following provenance:

"It was refinished by Jack Taylor himself who applied a mixture of gothic and Mondrian decals. I discussed this frame with jack before his death and he confirmed that he would occasionally mix the two styles of decals like this at the owners request when he refinished frames. It has some minor historical pitting as would be expected in a frame which is just over 70 years old, as shown in the photos, but this was addressed when refinished. There’s no rust on the frame anywhere and the enamel is sound."
