A Refurbished Vintage Carlton Steel Frame & Forks 60cm Refinished…Finished by Plastic coating (very hard wearing) and re-decaled…The finish is very good, but with plastic coating, it’s a little thicker than paint, but it looks great.

We will accept returns for exchange, or if necessary, a refund within 14 days of purchase, providing all goods are returned in a perfect, saleable condition in the original packing and have not been fitted or attempted to be fitted ,used or have an damage what so ever . Buyers pays return postage
If a refund is deemed to be necessary it will be given on the purchase price of the item only. Post & packing is non-refundable, although if any goods are returned owing to an error on our part, we will gladly refund your postage charges both ways.
If we sell any item with FREE P & P, that P & P is only free with the purchase - if you decide to return the item for any reason, there is no purchase, so our postage cost will not be refunded, so will be deducted from the totals sum paid.
